This June, our Palm Beach Gardens restaurant, Cool'a Fish Bar is thrilled to present a special featured menu in partnership with "Fresh from FL," an organization dedicated to promoting local Florida ingredients. Each week, diners will be treated to a different "FL" feature, highlighting the state's freshest and most delectable ingredients. Carefully curated, this menu not only showcases the rich flavors of Florida's coastal waters but also supports local fishermen and farmers.
Kicking off the month from June 1st to 7th is the Snapper Amandine. This dish features locally caught Florida snapper, a flaky white fish known for its slightly sweet and nutty flavors. It is perfectly complemented by a creamy amandine sauce and topped with slivered almonds. Diners can enjoy this exquisite dish with their choice of two delicious sides.
From June 8th to 14th, our Palm Beach Gardens restaurant spotlights fresh, local-caught Florida grouper in the Blackened Grouper dish. The grouper, known for its light, sweet taste and large, chunky flakes, is expertly grilled with blackened seasoning and topped with a refreshing Florida mango salsa. This dish is accompanied by a choice of two delicious sides.
The third week, June 15th to 21st, features the Coconut Crusted Snapper. This local-caught snapper is encrusted with crispy, sweet coconut, and topped with fresh Florida mango remoulade and a mildly spicy sambal aioli drizzle also with the choice of two sides.
Rounding out the month from June 22nd to 30th is the Bronzed Swordfish. Fresh Florida swordfish is grilled and basted in a rich sesame soy ginger glaze, offering a delightful blend of flavors served with two sides.
Throughout the month, patrons can also enjoy the "FL Orange Drop" Martini, a refreshing cocktail made with Deep Eddy Orange vodka, fresh Florida orange juice, a sugar rim, and garnished with an orange slice. This martini perfectly captures the essence of Florida's famous citrus at our Palm Beach Gardens restaurant.
